Dr Bradley Hillier is a Locum Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist in South West London and St George's Mental Health Trust. After studying medicine at Trinity College, Oxford University, he completed core psychiatric training in Central London and is approaching the end of specialisation in Forensic Psychiatry at The Maudsley and St George's Rotation.
Bradley is particularly interested in international aspects of psychiatry (both Forensic and General) and has been involved in international mental health voluntary work in Myanmar. He has spoken at a number of international conferences, including in Yale, Utrecht, Hungary, Berlin and within the UK, among others. He has experience in Medical Leadership, for which he is an editor of an Oxford Handbook. He is an active contributor to the research base of forensic psychiatry and has co-authored papers and book chapters on themes of fire setting, coercion in psychiatric settings, international pathways in forensic psychiatry and sexual offending. He also is actively involved in preparing expert opinions for the English Courts.
For relaxation, Bradley enjoys travelling, scuba diving, opera, and playing the piano.
